15 km east of Tinghir is the village of El Hart n'Iaamine, one of the main potters centers of southern Morocco.

48 km from Tinghir by the Erfoud road, El Khorbat is a magnificent ksar which was the subject of a rehabilitation project financed by the College of Technical Architects of Barcelona and which continues to be largely inhabited .

In the same ksar El Khorbat, the Oasis Museum, with its 22 rooms, offers travelers the opportunity to understand all aspects of traditional life in the pre-Saharan valleys.
